By streamlining our production and consolidating our operations, we will bring you lower prices this term. But just because we've lowered our prices, it doesn't mean reduced service. We will still provide the same great service that we always have. In fact, we have improved our service in many ways. We have purchased another Kodak 9110 Digital High-Speed printer (we now have two) that prints pages 91 per minute at 600 dpi. We also are using new software from ALTO Imaging that de-skews page scans, and cleans up black edges and markings better. The ALTO system allows us to digitally store articles for quicker re-use, and our Reprint system has speeded up, so that most Reprints are delivered the day after they are ordered. This system also makes your job easier since you only need to submit new articles each term.
