Each department is dedicated to assisting the Cornell community in obtaining the materials needed to support their teaching and learning activities. Collectively we represent more than 150 years of service to Cornell. The department stocks more than 40,000 scholarly, technical, and general interest titles in a wide variety of subjects. Our goal is to have a selection that mirrors the breadth of Cornell’s curriculum as well as the diverse interests of the campus community. We offer an ever-increasing range of services for faculty, staff, and students: from the convenience of searching our in-store inventory (either online or by using our in-store information kiosks) to the expanded online catalog we now offer, we strive to meet all your general book needs. We’ve recently added book screens in the department to keep you up-to-date on information pertaining to academic materials, as well as fun literary and Cornell specific content.
